this is in connection with my question about enrolled agent getting an H1B visa... i graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in IT and i am now studying law... does my bachelor's degree fit the description of "professional college degree?" what does it mean? does it mean accounting degree or something in line with business? thanks in advance.
Answer:
yes it does if you mean Information Technology, related to Computer Science. It is considered a professional College degree. but it is primarily based on the technology rather than the Business and management side. Professional is any job requiring advanced education. Accounting and business are the financial and administrative sides of business management.
