Does anyone know of any anonymizer software for a cable "private IP" connection, compatible with Zonealarm firewall? I purchased one called "A4Proxy" and it only works using a dial-up connection with a Public IP. I need a TRULY useful program which works on any kind of connection (public or private IP), and compatible with any firewwall. I'd prefer a downloadable trial package, to test it on my PC, before purchasing it. Thanks in advance for any response.

Try Tor. It will route your internet traffic through a series of Tor servers. It works with any connection. The best part is that it is open source (free) and easy to setup. Just make sure to get Tor and Privox downloads.
