How has customer support been for you?
Recently I had a bad time with Applecare. Powercord busted, leaving me with a three month old brick. Went down to the applestore and told to call applecare. Called applecare under my warranty. I was told they'd ship a new one overnight. Turns out two weeks later there was nothing. Kept calling over and over. Finally ended up with saying, "If don't ship me a powercord by monday I'm personally coming down there to take a s*** on your desk."
For the record I'd like to note I got an Email a few hours after with a dispatch number for a DHL package from Apple, saying it would arrive on monday. There's more to the story, but the word limit is up. Why should anyone have to threaten the service you paid $250 in order to get what your intitled to?
I had a problem with the Dell inspiron i had and I spent like 200 dollars on the phone, i finally sent the computer back and decided never ever buy a Dell again
A pain in the a.. and everything costs money and everything is the user's fault. Not happy.
