CANADA. Does graduating from a more prestigious University(Bacelors degree) give you a better chance to get accepted for an MBA then if you were to graduate from a less prestigious Univeristy with your Bachelors degree in Canada?

Not necessarily. MBA acceptance depends on many more variable than merely where you took your undergrad degree. Work experience is important, extra curricular activities, how you do on your MBA entrance exams, etc. Build up all of these and you should be fine if this is your goal.
